Shirataki Noodle Recipes – Singapore style Seafood and shirataki Stir Fry

5 oz (150g) shirataki noodles per serve
Egg beaten 1
4 or 5 Shrimp/Prawn
5 squid rings
2 or 3 seafood scallops
1 oz (30g) shredded carrot
1 oz (30g) slivered sweet red pepper
1 oz (30g) chopped onion
1 scallion (spring onion) chopped
1 teaspoon fresh crushed garlic
1 teaspoon Curry powder

Heat wok, add one tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil. Stir fry seafood then put aside
Add beaten egg to wok, followed by vegetables and garlic
Rinse shirataki miracle noodles thoroughly add to boiling water and boil for two minutes
Reheat seafood
Add shirataki noodles and seafood to the wok, followed by curry powder. Flip or stir fry to combine
Season with salt, Garnish with scallions (spring onion) and serve.
