Shirataki Noodle Recipes – Shirataki sweet soy chicken and vegetables

5 oz (150g) shirataki noodles per serve (packaged weight)
1 lb (450g) Skinless chicken breast fillet (diced)
1 cup frozen peas
1 cup frozen corn kernels
7 oz (210g) baby carrots sliced in half
1 clove crushed garlic
1 scallion (spring onion) chopped
4 teaspoons of sweet soy
Pre heat wok and add 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
Stir fry chicken until cooked then put aside
Add peas, corn and carrots to boiling water and boil for 3 minutes
Rinse shirataki noodles thoroughly add to boiling water and boil for two minutes
Combine chicken and vegetables in wok and reheat. Add sweet soy and shirataki then serve garnished with scallion (spring onion).
